Host Home Sign Up
Here is what is expected as a host home:
-Host a few youth on Friday, Feb 9th - Sunday, Feb 11th in your home.
-Youth will have a leader and/or Eston College student with them.
-Students will be picked up from Hillcrest Church on Friday, following service.
-Students will pack up and leave after breakfast on Sunday morning.
-We ask you to provide a simple breakfast (cereal, toast, etc) on Saturday & Sunday.
-Some groups will have a vehicle with them but some will not. These students will need a ride to and from Hillcrest Church Fri night, Sat morning & evening, and Sunday morning.
-In order to provide the safest environment possible, we will be asking each adult (18+) in your home to provide a Police Check for our records (many of you will already have this from volunteering kids or youth ministry!)

Steps to Register:
Step 1) Register and pay online through the Retreat website.

Step 2) Text or email Pastor Chris letting him know that you have registered, paid and are going.
​
Step 3) Let Pastor Chris know if you are in need of a ride to and from the retreat. He will add you to the list and keep you posted about departure and return times.
