WALK WITH JESUS

If you want to know more about Jesus or if you’re brand new to faith in Jesus there is a lot to explore. Alpha is a great place to start. It's a program designed to be a place where you can ask questions and learn more about what Christianity is all about. We also have other resources to consider if you’re not able to be a part of our Alpha course this year.

 

If you’re not a Christian, consider reading "Christianity for people who are Christians" by James Emery White, or "Confronting Jesus" by Rebecca Mclaughlin. If you’re brand new to faith in Jesus, try reading "After I Believe" by James Emery White or another classic by Rick Warren, "Purpose Driven Life". Watch for a series on this book in the Spring of 2023 called "What on Earth am I here for"?

 

If you have unsettled questions about certain aspects of Christianity or the bible it's important to explore those questions and find the answers you seek. Many people simply dismiss Christianity without ever working through those questions. Alpha is a good place to start since it's a way to deal with questions in conversation, but there are several other resources we would recommend as you explore. Both Confronting Christianity and Confronting Jesus are excellent books dealing with significant questions surrounding Jesus and Christianity.
